Magnesium sulfate, also called Epsom salt, is actually absorbed better through the skin than via the mouth. Therefore, it is considered a holistic skincare product, as it has several health-promoting properties.
The optimal absorption of magnesium occurs through the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands, making this product ideal – both for visible effect on the skin and for benefiting from the minerals’ beneficial properties.

How to use:
Energizing Body Scrub
Use Energizing Body Scrub after showering.
1/ Start by washing your body as usual.
2/ Then turn off the water and take a small handful of scrub into your fingertips.
3/ Distribute the product on your legs and massage in small circular motions. Repeat on the arms and as far as you can reach on your back.
4/ Massage and scrub for as long as possible so the minerals have time to melt.

We recommend using our Crystal Peeling once a week together with Energizing Body Scrub. This way, you cleanse and renew the skin on both the body and the face.
How to use:
1/ Start by cleansing your face.
2/ Take an appropriate amount in your hands.
3/ Distribute Crystal Peeling on the face and exfoliate with your hands in small circular motions.
4/ Rinse off and then apply face cream or oil.
