It is hard not to fall a little in love once you learn how to use essential oils correctly and for the right purposes. This of course applies to those of you who work professionally and use the oils for sauna infusions to create different moods. Or in connection with facial treatments, where a few drops are used in a water bath for warm compresses that create a wonderful scent and atmosphere during the treatment.
But we at home can also greatly enjoy the oils. It can be in an aroma lamp to create a spa-like atmosphere and calm. A couple of drops in a foot bath, or simply dipping a washcloth into a bowl of warm water with essential oil and placing it over the face. Enjoy the warmth, the scent and take a few deep breaths. You can also use a few drops of essential oil when steaming your face – a bowl of steaming hot water and a couple of drops of essential oil, with a towel over your head, provides a lovely aromatic experience.
Effect:
Essential oils have throughout history been used as a natural form of therapeutic medicine. When used correctly, they work with their wonderful and intoxicating scents by creating pleasant moods. Heaven is composed with the intention of creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
The top note is lavender, which is said to have a stress-relieving and calming effect, the middle note is grapefruit which brings joy, and the base note is based on the ylang ylang flower, which is said to have a relaxing effect and bring warmth to the emotions. All in all, a fragrance created to produce a meditative, warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Essential oil – Heaven
The first rule is always to ventilate well before using essential oils at home or professionally. The oils smell much better in fresh air. Use approx. 1–6 drops per liter of water.
How to use the product:
1/ Start by refreshing the air by opening a window.
2/ Open the bottle, turn it upside down, and let the oil drops slowly drip out of the dropper.
3/ Depending on the amount of water or oil, a maximum of one to six drops is recommended.
4/ Then make sure to mix the oil well to ensure an even distribution.
