This page contains the terms and conditions that apply when you place an order on the Nordic Sanctuary website. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter. By shopping with Nordic Sanctuary, you automatically accept these terms, which we reserve the right to change at any time.

CONFIRMATION
When we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email.
We reserve the right not to deliver if inventory levels were incorrect at the time of ordering. In such cases, you will be informed and the order will be canceled.
PAYMENT AND CARDS
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, and other common payment methods through our provider Nets.
When paying by card, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC). Nordic Sanctuary never stores your card information after the transaction is completed.
If you pay via a direct payment solution, the information is processed in encrypted form in accordance with industry standards (PCI-DSS). Data related to the purchase is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and is then automatically deleted.
THIRD PARTIES
Certain third-party providers (such as payment processors) have their own policies regarding how they handle personal information that we must share with them to complete your purchase. We recommend that you read their privacy policies if you would like more information.
PRICES
All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Please note that if you order from abroad, additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is also not permitted to use automated systems such as bots, spiders, or similar tools to extract or reproduce content from the site.
CANCELLATION
Once your order has been completed and payment approved, we begin preparing and shipping the order as quickly as possible. This means we cannot change or cancel the order after it has been placed.
ORDER ISSUES
If any issues arise with your order (missing items, incorrect products, or damage during shipping), please contact us immediately. We want you to be satisfied and will do our best to find a good solution.
If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must contact us within 48 hours and send photos of both the product and the packaging. You do not need to return the item if the damage is documented.
Minor variations in color or consistency may occur in natural products but do not affect quality or shelf life.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and contain at least 50% of its contents.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items must be returned securely in their original packaging. Processing time after receiving the return is up to 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on partial sets, promotional items, or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
